Klopp during his Liverpool career

On 26th of January, 2024, Jürgen Norbert Klopp has announced officially to world about his intent to leave liverpool. He cited, he is lacking energy his current job demands and also planning to take atleast a year of sabbatical from coaching. He appointed as Liverpool's manager after sacking of Brendon Rogers in October 2015.

In Klopp's highly successful tenure with Liverpool spanning close to a decade, his Liverpool team reached Uefa Champions League final in 2018, 2019, 2022, winning 2019 defeating Tottenham by 2-0. He won English Premier League in 2019-20 season, Liverpool's first after 1989-90 and also a first in EPL era. His Liverpool was a runner-up in 2018-19 season amassing 97 points without winning title, one record in many such records. His team has given tough competition to perennial winner Manchester city during his period.

An admirer of gegenpressing(a tactic in which the team immediately attempts to win back possession after losing the ball, rather than falling back to regroup), citing Arrigo Sachi and Wolfgang Frank as his influencers, leaves two questions behind to us. Who is going to follow Klopp in Liverpool and where will he be after his sabbatical?
